JENNIFER ABBOTT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

I oversee the operations of the business, working alongside the team to support our amazing participants to help them navigate and understand their NDIS Plans.

As a business we not only provide Support Coordination we also offer Education and Training to support participants and their families.

Part of my role is to ensure that we are always working to streamline our processes to ensure that we are able to provide a quality service at all times that is easy to understand and fully transparent to not only our team but our participants.

I have always wanted to help anyone that needs help. Working in the disability sector and being able to help families that are suffering overwhelming and sometimes stressful times is something that is important to me. To see people achieve their goals always brings a smile to my face and fills my heart.

REBECCA LYNCH, HEAD OF BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

I oversee the administration department which includes reporting, invoicing, speaking to prospective clients, assisting clients with their access requests and whatever ad hoc tasks are thrown at me.

There was an amazing job ad which led me to the I&C website and I was genuinely inspired! I was excited by bringing my skills to a company in a sector that was actually making a difference in peoples lives and not solely focussed on profit.

I applied and luckily, here I am.

Hannah always leads with her number one mission in mind when doing any thing for her clients which is to make sure they feel heard and supported throughout the process.

After studying her Bachelor of Behavioural Science ( Psychology) she wanted to get out into the world and truly help the people who needed it. “I want to advocate for those who don't have always have the resources available to them to be able to do it alone.

I want for people to feel genuinely supported and that is my mission everyday.
