Here are some of our frequently asked questions

+ What do you do?

We assist people with gaining access to the NDIS and ensuring you receive adequate funding through Access Requests, Pre-Planning Documents and Plan assessment documents.

+ How do you do it?

We require a copy of the current plan and any reports you intend on submitting. We then work through the information together to come up with your own individual documents.

+ What do you need from me in order to start the process?

To start the process we require a signed Serviced Agreement with Inspired Navigation. This outlines the agreement between us. Recent reports from your allied health therapists are the most helpful. If your reports are older than 3 months, then we recommend you ask your providers to update the reports.

+ What does the process look like?

We kick off with a telephone consultation, getting to know each other, explaining the process, and answering any questions. If you choose to engage Inspired Partnerships, you are required to sign a Service Agreement inline with NDIS guidelines. This will allow us to commence the process of assessing your plan.

Review of Reviewable Decisions (RORD) submissions must occur within 90 days of assessed plan commencement.

After that, we ask that you complete our questionnaire. This will give us most of the information that we need to start preparing your report.

After reviewing the information provided, we will work with you to complete a review document for you to submit to the NDIS.

The process can take anywhere from two weeks to two months depending on how quickly the information is delivered to us.

The NDIS assessment process can take up to three months depending on processing times.

+ How much does it cost?

The cost of this service depends on the complexities of the participant and the NDIS Plan. If you do not have an NDIS plan, the costs are out of pocket. Contact us for more information.

+ How do you get paid?

Pricing is agreed upon in the beginning upon service engagement. If you have a NDIS plan, the costs can be invoiced to the plan.

+ How long does it take?

Timeframes are dependent on how quickly we receive the information, ranging from two weeks to two months. You have three months from the date of the plan that is being reviewed to submit a ‘Review of a Reviewable Decision’.

+ Do I need an existing plan for you to help me?

No – Our team can assist with Access Requests and Pre-Planning Meetings.

+ How long does an assessment take?

Typically up to 6 weeks, though some plans process more quickly. This is totally dependent on the NDIA. There can be a wait period of up to 3 months before review consideration by the NDIA.

+ What types of disabilities do you cover?

All disability types for both children and adults.

+ What types of services do you offer?

We offer NDIS Access Request forms and preparation, Pre-Planning Documents, and NDIS Review Documents for plan dissatisfaction. We also assist with understanding your plan once the review has been completed and can help you find the right supports in your area.

+ Do you manage the plans once they are finalised?

Optional ongoing Support Coordination is available. We do not provide plan management (invoice payment) services.

+ How does the document get submitted?

All submissions occur online and via email.

+ Why do you do this?

Our organisation emerged from direct NDIS navigation experience, recognising the system's complexity and potential challenges. We provide simplified experiences with comprehensive support throughout the journey, preventing others from experiencing similar difficulties. Our objective is positive life transformation.
