Get the best from your scheduled plan assessment
The plan assessment process ensures continued alignment with your short and long-term goals and verifies reasonable and necessary funds to support those goals.
Often situations and goals can change, meaning your plan and funding requirements require adjustments.
We can help you navigate and submit a variety of different Plan Assessments from Change of Situation (COS) to Review of Reviewable Decision (RORD).
The NDIS Plan Re-assessment process can be overwhelming and time-consuming. We are here to make a complex process easy and stress-free for our clients.

Review of Reviewable Decisions (RORD) submissions must occur within 90 days of assessed plan commencement.
After that, we ask that you complete our questionnaire. This will give us most of the information that we need to start preparing your report.
