NDIS ACCESS + PRE-PLANNING

Inspired Navigation provides comprehensive support from the initial stages of NDIS plan development. Our team offers complimentary 15-minute consultations to determine eligibility and provide expert guidance on access and planning processes. We facilitate NDIS Access Request Form completion and pre-planning documentation preparation.

NDIS PLAN REVIEWS

Our mission is to make the NDIS Plan review process easy and stress free. We can help you prepare for your scheduled review and assist with other NDIS Plan Reviews such as Change of Situations (COS) to a Review of a Reviewable Decision (S100) if you didn’t get adequate funding in your previous plan.

SUPPORT COORDINATION Level 2

Following plan approval, we facilitate plan understanding and implementation while maximising NDIS funding utilisation. Our Support Coordinators deliver personalised services aligned with participant goals and explore available options within the NDIS framework.

SPECIALIST SUPPORT COORDINATION (Level 3)

Specialist support coordination is a higher level of support. The focus is on reducing complexity in the participant’s support environment and helping the participant overcome immediate and/or significant barriers in plan implementation.

Specialist support coordination helps you address complex barriers that affect your access to supports and then design a service plan for their support needs, where appropriate.

PARENT PATHWAYS (EDUCATION + TRAINING)

Our Education and Training Pathway builds participant and family capacity through comprehensive understanding of NDIS plans, legislative requirements, and review processes. This programme facilitates informed decision-making and transparency regarding achievable outcomes within NDIS parameters.
