Our services include

Access Form Preparation

For new NDIS applicants, we facilitate Access Request form preparation and provide guidance on required evidence and supporting documentation.

Planning Documents and Pre-Planning Meeting Preparation

Going to your first planning meeting can be a little daunting especially if you aren’t familiar with the jargon and process.

Our team can help make it simple and easy by guiding you through what to expect, clarifying your goals, gathering the right supporting documentation, assessments and reports from your team of Specialists and Therapists.

Knowing what you’d like to achieve in the short and long term and what to take to the meeting makes all the difference to the results you achieve with your first plan.

Our experienced team will step you through the process and assist you with your planning documents so that you feel confident in getting the best possible outcome.

Please note - these costs are unable to be claimed from the NDIS. They are out of pocket expenses.
